Close Encounters of the Third Kind
One of my mission, a party to enjoy saki and Italian dishes was ended successfully.
The party was taken place at "Passo a Passo", inFukagawa.
Chef of the italian restaurant, Arima coordinated all dishes to match Saki very well with his philosophy of food selection.
Because all of saki had fruity nose and a little sweet attack, we thought it was very difficult to match them at first, but chef's elaborated cooking technique and food selection made it completely succeeded.
Today I could not eat the course, but could feel that deliciousness and satisfaction of all the guests. I could get good experience of managing this kind of party.
My president told me this party gave us great hints to promote saki to everyone.
At last, I thought, the sense which we can get from this kind of experience, is important.
